Regal Naukri aims to correct inaccurate recruitment information quickly, clearly and proportionately. This policy explains how readers can report an issue and how we handle different types of changes.
How to request a correction
Email care@regalnaukri.com with:
- the URL of the affected Regal Naukri page;
- the exact sentence, table row or link in question;
- a short explanation of the problem; and
- the official notification, corrigendum or authority webpage that supports the requested change.
Please do not send Aadhaar details, application credentials, admit cards, bank information or unrelated personal documents.
How we review a request
An editor checks the disputed claim against the newest official source available. We may contact the recruiting authority or ask the sender for a clearer source when necessary. A correction is not accepted or rejected merely because many people repeat the same claim.
Types of changes
Material correction
A visible correction note is added when the original page contained an error that could affect a candidate’s decision, such as an incorrect deadline, age cut-off, qualification, fee, vacancy status, salary, examination stage or application link.
The note should state what was wrong, what is correct and when the page was changed. We do not erase the fact that a material error occurred.
Official update
When the authority later issues a corrigendum, deadline extension, revised vacancy figure or examination date, the page is updated and the new official source is linked. This is labelled as an update rather than an error when the original information was accurate at publication.
Minor edit
Spelling, grammar, formatting, accessibility labels and non-substantive wording may be improved without a correction note when the factual meaning does not change.
Link maintenance
Broken or redirected links may be replaced with the correct official destination. If a malicious or unofficial link was mistakenly published, it is removed immediately and treated as a material correction.
Correction-note format
For consistency, substantive notes should use this format:
Correction — DD Month YYYY: An earlier version contained an incorrect detail. The official source confirms the corrected information now shown above. The article has been updated.
For later announcements:
Update — DD Month YYYY: The recruiting authority has announced new information. The relevant details and official link have been updated.
Response expectations
We acknowledge serious safety or deadline reports as quickly as operationally possible. Review time depends on the evidence and whether the official source is available. We do not promise that every request will result in a change, but every specific, good-faith claim supported by an official source will be assessed.
If your concern relates to privacy, copyright or another legal grievance, use the contact route listed on our Grievance Redressal page.
