Grievance contact

Grievance Officer: Dilip Kumar
Operator: Dilip Kumar (Regal Group)

Where applicable law requires an India-based grievance contact or a particular response process, the operator will maintain and update the details on this page accordingly.

What to include

To help us assess a complaint, provide:

  • your full name and a working contact address;
  • the exact Regal Naukri URL involved;
  • a clear description of the disputed content or conduct;
  • the right, rule or interest you believe is affected;
  • official or reliable supporting evidence;
  • the remedy requested; and
  • a statement that the information supplied is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Do not send passwords, OTPs, full financial credentials or unrelated identity documents. We may request limited verification where necessary to prevent impersonation or misuse of the complaint process.

What happens next

We aim to acknowledge a properly submitted grievance promptly and review it within the period required by applicable law. The review may include preserving the relevant page, checking publication records, examining official sources, contacting the complainant for clarification and taking proportionate corrective action.

Possible outcomes include correction, update, removal, rejection with reasons, link blocking, escalation to a service provider or preservation of material required for a lawful investigation.

Good-faith use

The grievance channel should not be used to suppress accurate public information, threaten editors, submit knowingly false claims or demand removal merely because a lawful fact is inconvenient. We assess the evidence and applicable rights in each case.
