This policy explains rights in Regal Naukri’s original content, acceptable linking and quotation, and the process for reporting alleged infringement.
Regal Naukri content
Unless otherwise stated, original article wording, page arrangement, graphics, design elements and branding published on regalnaukri.com are owned by or licensed to Dilip Kumar (Regal Group).
Recruitment facts—such as dates, vacancies and eligibility conditions—come from the cited recruiting authority. Regal Naukri does not claim ownership of public facts, government names or third-party trademarks. Our copyright claim concerns our original expression, selection, presentation and artwork, subject to applicable law.
Linking and limited quotation
You may link to a public Regal Naukri page. You may also quote a limited portion for commentary, reporting or reference where permitted by law, provided that you:
- identify Regal Naukri as the source;
- link to the original page;
- do not change the quotation’s meaning;
- do not imply government affiliation or Regal Naukri endorsement; and
- do not reproduce a substantial part of the article or database.
Permission is required for systematic republication, commercial syndication, copying complete articles, republishing original images, or using automated tools to reproduce substantial website content.
Official documents and third-party material
Regal Naukri generally links to official notifications rather than claiming ownership of them. Government emblems, recruiting-body marks, screenshots and third-party materials remain subject to the rights and restrictions of their respective owners.
If third-party material is used for identification, explanation or reporting, we aim to limit it to what is reasonably necessary and provide source context where appropriate.
Copyright complaint
If you believe material on Regal Naukri infringes your rights, send a notice to care@regalnaukri.com containing:
- your name and contact information;
- identification of the protected work;
- the exact Regal Naukri URL and material complained of;
- an explanation of your rights and why the use is unauthorised;
- evidence that you are the rights holder or authorised representative;
- the action requested; and
- a good-faith statement that the information supplied is accurate.
We may ask for clarification, preserve relevant records, remove or restrict material during review, notify the contributor where appropriate, or reject unsupported claims. Knowingly false notices may create legal consequences.
Permission requests
For syndication, image licensing or other reuse beyond ordinary linking and limited quotation, contact care@regalnaukri.com before publication.
