Regal Naukri may use artificial-intelligence and automation tools to support parts of its editorial workflow. These tools can improve organisation and consistency, but they do not replace official sources or accountable editorial review.
Permitted uses
AI-assisted tools may help with:
- organising facts extracted from a recruitment notice;
- suggesting article structure or plain-language explanations;
- spelling, grammar and formatting;
- preparing tables from already verified information;
- identifying fields that require a second check;
- generating original illustrative artwork that does not impersonate an authority; and
- monitoring for possible link changes or update signals.
Uses that are not permitted
Regal Naukri must not knowingly use AI to:
- invent vacancies, dates, qualifications, fees or selection rules;
- treat an unofficial prediction as an official announcement;
- fabricate quotations, sources, author credentials or government relationships;
- reproduce another publisher’s article with superficial wording changes;
- create a fake notification, seal, signature or recruiting portal; or
- publish a high-risk job article without editorial verification.
Human accountability
An editor remains responsible for the final page. Before publication, high-risk facts must be compared with the official notification or recruiting authority source. When an AI output conflicts with an official source, the official source controls.
Images and synthetic media
AI-generated featured images may be used as editorial illustrations. They should be original, clearly non-official in presentation and free from fake government emblems, signatures, application screens or documents that could mislead a candidate. Image text must not introduce unsupported claims.
Disclosure approach
We disclose automation when its use would reasonably help readers understand how content was created or when synthetic media could otherwise be mistaken for documentary evidence. Routine assistance with grammar, formatting or internal organisation does not change the source-verification requirement.
Quality over volume
Regal Naukri does not use automation as a justification to publish large numbers of thin, repetitive or unverified pages. The purpose of every article must be to help candidates, not merely to generate search traffic.
