      The checker reads format, bytes and decoded pixel dimensions. It cannot verify background colour, face placement, clarity, signature style or application portal acceptance.

      How to check your photo and signature

      1. Read the latest official recruitment instructions and note the photo and signature requirements separately.
      2. Select a file from your device. Its basic properties and preview appear in the browser.
      3. Enter only the file-size, pixel-dimension and format requirements actually specified in the notice.
      4. Review any failed checks and confirm the photo’s appearance, document guidelines and portal acceptance yourself.
      Illustrative example — not a standard rule

      If a notice requires a JPG photo between 20 KB and 50 KB at exactly 200 × 230 pixels, choose JPG in the format field, enter 20 and 50 as the size bounds, and set minimum and maximum width to 200 and height to 230. Use different values for the signature if the notice specifies them.

      Are my photos or signatures uploaded to Regal Naukri?

      No. File selection, basic format inspection and dimension checks take place locally in your browser. The plugin contains no image-upload endpoint.

      Will a passed check guarantee acceptance by the application portal?

      No. A pass means the file meets only the specific technical limits you entered. A portal may additionally require live camera capture, acceptable appearance, a different size convention or other conditions.

      What if the notification requires a live photograph?

      Capture the photo inside the official application portal. Checking an existing image file here cannot verify that a live-camera requirement has been met.

      Can I enter centimetres instead of pixels?

      No. This checker uses decoded pixel dimensions. Physical sizes in centimetres depend on image resolution (DPI/PPI) and may need a separate, officially specified conversion.

      Does this checker resize or compress my picture?

      No. It only inspects the chosen image. It never edits or saves a replacement file.

      Important: This is a preliminary file check, not an official acceptance test. Some image formats or rotated photos may be interpreted differently by the recruitment portal. Always follow the latest notification and confirm successful upload on the authority’s website.
