Government Job Document Checklist
Make a practical preparation list for applying, exam day or document verification. Remove irrelevant examples and add documents requested in your official recruitment notice.
There are no items in this stage. Add the documents required by your notice.
Examples, not mandatory items
Required documents, accepted identity proofs, file formats and certificate validity vary. Remove any example that does not apply to your recruitment.
Keep your records with you
The checklist tracks only names and checkmarks in your current browser tab. Do not type IDs, certificate numbers or other sensitive details into custom items.
Check the latest corrigendum
An authority may change document requirements, image dimensions or instructions. Review its current portal before submitting anything.
How to prepare your government job documents
- Open the latest official notification and any corrigendum for the recruitment you are applying to.
- Choose Online application, Exam day or Document verification above.
- Remove example documents that do not apply and add any documents explicitly requested in your notification.
- Mark each item ready only after verifying its format, validity, name details and other relevant instructions. Print the current stage if useful.
An application might require a recent photograph, a signature upload and an academic certificate. Another authority may require different documents or no file uploads at all. Follow the actual notice rather than treating this checklist as a universal requirement.
Document Checklist FAQ
Are all the example documents mandatory?
No. The lists are common preparation examples, not official instructions. Remove irrelevant entries and use the latest official notice for requirements.
Does checking an item mean it has been officially accepted?
No. A checkmark only means that you have marked the item ready. The recruiting authority decides document acceptance, format and eligibility.
Are documents or checklist entries uploaded or saved?
No. This tool does not request document files or send checklist contents to the website. Custom items and checkmarks exist only in the open page; they disappear when you refresh or close it.
Can I keep a copy?
Use “Print this stage” and select your printer or your browser’s Save as PDF option if available. Only the currently selected stage is printed from the tool.
