For Technical Officer, the written examination has three papers covering Mental Ability, General Awareness and English Language, and the concerned subject. Technician also has a three-paper competitive written examination after the qualifying Trade Test. MTS uses an OMR / computer-based objective test.
Security Physical Standards
General standards in the notice include 167 cm minimum height for men and 157 cm for women, with notified relaxation for specified hilly-area and Scheduled Tribe candidates.
