Crop, resize and check your recruitment photograph.
Prepare an existing photograph using dimensions and file-size limits from the latest official notice. Review framing carefully before downloading.
Prepare your photo
No file selected.
Enter only official requirements. Blank limits are not checked. KB here means 1,024 bytes. PNG quality is lossless; reducing its quality slider has no effect.
A resized file cannot replace a photograph that must be captured inside the official application portal.
Preview & file check
Check face placement, background, signature strokes and readability yourself. A technical pass does not guarantee acceptance by the recruitment portal.
Use the recruitment's own specifications
File size, format, width and height vary by post and application system. Check the latest notification or corrigendum before editing.
Readable matters more than a tiny file
Compression may blur a photo or handwriting. Inspect the downloaded file at normal size and confirm the portal's own acceptance.
Technical checks are limited
This tool cannot establish authenticity, face/background compliance or official acceptance, and cannot satisfy live-camera capture.
How to use the Photo Resizer
- Read the applicable recruitment notice. Note separately what it requires for each upload.
- Choose your existing JPG, PNG or WebP image, then enter the actual target dimensions, format and KB limits.
- Generate a file and review the output preview and technical checks. If a strict size limit is not achievable, adjust permitted settings rather than assuming it passed.
- Download the prepared file and confirm its appearance and acceptance on the official portal.
Photo Resizer: common questions
Are files uploaded to Regal Naukri?
No. Processing and downloading happen in this browser. No file is sent to the plugin or a conversion service.
Does a size or dimension pass guarantee the form will accept my file?
No. Recruitment portals can require additional appearance rules, metadata, live capture or different size conventions.
What if the output cannot meet the required size?
The tool reports that the chosen rules are not satisfied; it never labels such a file as compliant. Try a permitted output format or different source image, or follow the portal's instructions.
