Eligibility / Educational Qualification
For Journeyman posts, the basic qualification is Class 10 with the relevant NAC / NTC trade certificate accepted for the chosen trade.
For Driver (Vehicle), candidates need Class 10 plus the prescribed commercial driving licence and required driving experience.
Age Limit
The maximum age is 26 years for Journeyman and 32 years for Driver (Vehicle) as on 1 October 2026, subject to applicable relaxation.
Stipend / Pay
Journeyman stipend is ₹24,000/month in Year 1 and ₹26,000/month in Year 2. Driver (Vehicle) carries the notified pay scale of ₹20,110–₹70,390 in Skilled Grade-III.
