Qualification
Junior Research Fellow
Candidates should have the notified engineering qualification in disciplines such as Computer Science/IT, Mechanical, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Instrumentation, Electrical and related branches. The notified routes include B.E./B.Tech in first division with a valid GATE score or M.Tech in first division at both graduate and postgraduate levels, subject to the discipline requirement.
Research Associate
Candidates need the notified PhD route or M.Tech with the prescribed post-M.Tech research/teaching/design/development experience, including the required research-publication condition where applicable.
