Qualification
Candidates need a Master's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architecture from a recognised university/institution and field experience in conservation practices.
Experience Requirement
The notification requires:
- at least 3 years' experience working on historic buildings and sites;
- experience preparing Site Management Plans for heritage sites and monuments;
- experience in documentation and condition assessment of historic buildings;
- knowledge of historic building materials and techniques;
- preparation of Heritage Bye-Laws; and
- knowledge of e-office and MS Office.
Scope of Work
The consultant's work includes preparation and compilation of Heritage Bye-Laws, editing and translation coordination, vetting heritage documents, supporting NMA approval meetings and uploading approved Heritage Bye-Laws for public consultation.
