Contract Conditions
The initial engagement is for one year and may be extended based on performance and requirement.
Important employment conditions include:
- the selected employee remains on the payroll of the outsourcing agency;
- the engagement is purely temporary and contractual;
- the post does not create a right to permanent employment or regularisation at IIT Indore;
- either side may terminate the assignment with the applicable notice; and
- extension after the initial term is not automatic.
