Qualification
Staff Nurse – RCH / NBSU
Candidates need 10+2 / Intermediate with a 3-year General Nursing and Midwifery course from a government-recognised institution and registration with the Jharkhand Nursing Council.
District PPM Coordinator – NTEP
Candidates need a postgraduate degree in any discipline plus one year of experience in communication, ACSM, public-private partnership or health projects/programmes.
A permanent two-wheeler driving licence and ability to drive are required. Preference is given to candidates with RNTCP experience and relevant social science, mass media, communication or rural-development qualifications.
ANM – RCH
Candidates need 10+2 or equivalent and an ANM course from an institution recognised by the Government or INC, with registration under the Jharkhand Nursing Council.
Block Data Manager – RCH
Candidates need graduation plus an eligible computer qualification such as a one-year diploma in computer applications, PG diploma, DOEACC O Level or an accepted bachelor's degree in computer applications / IT / computer science.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a reputed organisation is required.
ARSH Counselor
Candidates should hold a postgraduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology or Human Development, or a diploma in Nursing with at least one year of experience in adolescent work.
Knowledge of adolescent development and working knowledge of MS Office are required.
Sanitary Attendant – NPHCE
Candidates must be 10th or 12th pass with at least 2 years of experience working in a hospital.
Rehabilitation Worker – NPHCE
Candidates need 10+2 plus a recognised one-and-a-half-year certificate course for Multi Rehabilitation Worker or Community Based Rehabilitation Worker, registration under the Rehabilitation Council of India framework, and at least 1 year of hospital experience.
