Chhattisgarh's three state power companies have opened one of the largest electricity-sector recruitment drives currently available, with 1,501 vacancies across Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Limited (CSPDCL), Chhattisgarh State Power Transmission Company Limited (CSPTCL) and Chhattisgarh State Power Generation Company Limited (CSPGCL). Recruitment Notice No. 01-01/HR/Recruitment/739106, dated 5 November 2026, covers Advertisement 1/2026 for Class-II posts and Advertisement 2/2026 for Class-III and IV posts. Online applications opened on 6 November 2026 at 8:00 PM and close on 26 November 2026 at 11:55 PM.

The drive is broad enough to interest engineering graduates, diploma holders, ITI candidates, graduates with computer skills and candidates with professional or paramedical qualifications. The largest single group is Data Entry Operator with 609 posts, followed by 300 Attendant (Plant) Grade-III posts. Junior Engineer vacancies total 216 across notified disciplines, while Assistant Engineer vacancies total 152. At a basic level, eligibility ranges from Class 10 plus ITI to diploma, engineering degree, graduation or a post-specific professional qualification. Class-III and IV vacancies require Chhattisgarh domicile, while eligibility for Class-II posts is wider subject to the advertisement conditions. Candidates should choose the exact post first because age, qualification, fee, pay and later selection stages vary by post.
